v0.9.83 — Response & Usage Quality

v0.9.83 is out. This release focuses on response and usage quality: GPC's output is now more faithful and consistent than the raw Google Play API.

Highlights:

• list commands now paginate correctly. --limit + --next-page advances past the first batch (reviews, users, subscriptions, iap, voided purchases). This was a real bug.
• list --json now returns a consistent object { <key>, nextPageToken, meta, message } instead of a bare array. Heads up, this is a breaking change for scripts. If you did jq '.[]', switch to jq '.reviews[]' (or the matching key).
• Clearer errors. A wrong or inaccessible app now returns a specific "app not found" message with next steps, and unexpected API responses include a suggestion.
• Currency amounts are formatted per ISO 4217 (yen shows no decimals, dinar shows three) instead of always two.
• reviews list adds hasReply and language columns, a truncation marker, and a --full-text flag.
