v0.9.97: Memory Vitals and Google API Audit

v0.9.97 is out.

The headline is memory quality. Google Play’s new memory requirements arrive in February 2027, and GPC can now query both Anonymous RSS + Swap and bitmap memory usage directly from the terminal:

Both commands report P50, P75, P90, P95, and P99. In CI, --threshold checks P90, the percentile used by Google Play’s upcoming requirements.
