0.4.2 was released recently, but I couldn't find an entry for it in CHANGELOG.md.

Could you confirm that 0.4.2 is an intentional release published by the project maintainer, and that it is intended to be a normal patch release safe to update to from 0.4.1?

From the commit history, it looks like the main user-facing change is the addition of the ok helper for doctests, but I wanted to confirm before updating the dependency.

Indeed it is. All releases have associated signed tags: https://github.com/wiktor-k/testresult/releases/tag/v0.4.2
