Increase book progress percentage precision.

I read some huge books where I have to turn 100 pages or more before I see a single % change. I would like to be able to see two more decimal places or maybe have it configurable :)

[uxjulia]

Someone had suggested this and provided some code changes. I had asked for some updates but they never responded to my change suggestions. I wanted to give them the opportunity to update it so it didn't feel like I was hijacking their idea, but I may just do it myself.

it is such a simple thing i dont think anyone would mind you "stealing" this idea ;)

[uxjulia]

Oh it's already implemented :)
