FDCAN initialization never completed

My environment

ArduinoIDE:Ver1.8.19
Arduino core support for STM32 based boards:2.3.0
Board Name:Generic H750VBTx

My question

I want to start the initialization of FDCAN.
I set to INIT bit in FDCAN CCCR register.
Reference manual say:
1: Initialization is started (while FDCAN_CCCR.INIT = 1 CCE bit is automatically cleared when INIT bit is cleared)

But INIT bit in FDCAN CCCR register is not cleared.
Do you have any advice?

I made a mistake in using the register.
