crates.io publishing: blocked on upstream ledger-9.1 crates

The nine library crates are metadata-ready (M21) but publishing waits on Midnight publishing the ledger-9.1 line to crates.io — git dependencies cannot be expressed in a published crate. Until then the consumption story is a git dependency (README §Using MinoCrab as a library).

Status measured 2026-08-28: still blocked, now with numbers. crates.io has the 8.x line (midnight-ledger 8.1.1, midnight-zkir 2.1.0, midnight-onchain-vm 3.1.0 …) but midnight-zkir-v3 is ABSENT entirely, and the 9.1 line exists only as the ledger-9.1.0.0-rc.4 pre-release tag (2026-08-11). One helpful fact from the compactc 0.34.0 re-check (notes/compact-findings.org, 2026-08-28): 0.34.0's flake.lock pins zkir-v3 at 04c9c5d — exactly our Cargo pin — so a compactc bump does not move the git deps this issue waits to replace.
