Super cool!! We just auto-filed a bunch of AMY issues to catch up with what you found. Thank you! |

Hey, great that my notes are helpful. The amyboard is really a well developed piece of hardware. Every little thing I came across from the onboard power regulator topology to the rectified midi input to the dual audio codec configuration shows how much thought and effort you put into that! |

Hi all, I wanted to share a project I built on AMYboard: a digital emulation of the Eltro Tempophon (rotating-head tape pitch/time changer, known for HAL 9000’s voice).
https://github.com/DVA-4/Eltro-MK3/
Two independent DSP axes (time vs. pitch, modeled on the real machine’s tape/drum mechanism), external-buffer audio path, dual-core split for a glitch-free OLED, MIDI RX/TX with per-knob CC pickup. Full BOM, build guide, and 3D-printable panel/knobs included.
docs/TECHNICAL_NOTES.md has a few AMYboard Arduino gotchas I hit (cold-boot I2C ordering, a core/library version-skew symptom) in case useful as reference. Happy to be added to the showcase list if it’s a fit!
Thank you,
Fabian
