Non-unit n0 direction vectors #37

In #34 we fixed #20 by applying util.normalize_vector() to nx.
This problem is not yet solved for all asarray_of_rows cases like n0 = util.asarray_of_rows(n0). For a brief discussion on this, see also #34.
