Since the task itself is completing successfully, I don't think the actual playbook execution is necessarily the problem here. The Edit install-php8.2-pdo.yaml text shown under the task in the History view may be repository/task metadata rather than the YAML file Semaphore actually executed. I would first check the latest Git commit message for the repository and branch used by this task:

git log -1 --pretty=%B

If the output is something like:

Edit install-php8.2-pdo.yaml

then that would explain why you're seeing that text in the History view. I would also double-check the repository/branch configured in Semaphore and make sure the Update SSL v2 task template is actually pointing to:

update-ssl.yml

Since the task is completing successfully, if the template is correctly configured to use update-ssl.yml and the incorrect name only appears in the History view, then it may simply be displaying repository/version metadata rather than indicating that install-php8.2-pdo.yaml was executed.

If Edit install-php8.2-pdo.yaml doesn't match the latest Git commit message or any other repository/task metadata, then this could be a UI/display issue. In that case, sharing the Task Template configuration and the task output would probably help the maintainers narrow it down.
