PD tooltips display on second monitor not in the PD plugin window

When hovering over elements any tool tips are popping up on second monitor and not in the plugin window as expected.

OS - Arch Linux x86_64
Kernel - Linux 6.14.0
DE - Xfce4 4.20
WM - Xfwm4 (X11)
