Force it to reevaluate someone’s activity rating

How do you make the thing analyse the person's activity within a certain timeframe you give it? Like let's say I want to forcefully have it analyse the player's activity from the last 7 days, etc.

Activity index needs at least 3 weeks of data.

You can find a filter set that finds the player on the list on the Query page, and then select a View for the time frame you want.

If you need multiple different time frames you can click 'Edit Query' and change the View

Like manually modify their index. Or force the system to rethink their activity over a certain past time period?

It's based on active playtime calculated from session lengths which are calculated from end-start timestamps.

So unless you want to manually insert a bunch of fake sessions then no
