The NextBSDBoot volume (disk3s7) exists and the matching 26.6.2
installer is fetched, so step 1 reduces to one command.
Records why startosinstall was deliberately left for a human: it reboots
into Setup Assistant, which cannot complete unattended, so running it
overnight would have cost SSH access to the target for the rest of the
night in exchange for about half an hour.
