Can't run more this command. The issue is in the fact directory with sqlite file was not removed. I used windows, and perhaps the problem is in the environment. Therefore, little tip for windows-users: if you have got error message:
Database directory: "/cygdrive/c/Users/{userName}/AppData/Local/Temp/PhpSchool_PhpWorkshop_Check_DatabaseCheck" already exists
Just delete that folder and run again.
