Skip Environment File Option

Hi,

Would you consider adding a new option to the workbench:install command which allows to skip the "Export '.env ' file as?" prompt?

I'd love to add this to my package skeleton tool but this halts that as I don't want the User to have to interact with the prompts.

The current 0.x version is shared between Laravel 9 and 10 and only Laravel 10 supports Prompts. But if anyone willing to contribute to make this possible feel free to submit a PR.

Users would not be using this command, it's only for the package developer usage during the first package setup/install.
