All projects for this solution must be upgraded to the current version.

• NuGet packages update
• Review the solution to fix any issue related to the maintenance.
• noat all project are upated, because we must revie applied techologies.

Update not supported frameworks.

• 51-PartialDefinitions refers to 4.8
• `55-PartialDefinitionsTest' refers to 4.8
• inne .NET 6 => >NET 8
• update NuGet after changing updating frameworks.

NOTE: All projects must use the same framework version

Many NuGet packages have been updated, but not all. After the update, the LINQ to SQL technology must be replaced because it is obsolete. We must work on it. _t must be stressed that the current solution uses an in-process database, allowing us to make all UTs green.
