Has the long term plan for ModelContextProtocol.AspNetCore been decided? Currently, I'm just building this code into my .NET 8 web server for a POC but I'd like to know if, long term, I should plan to fork, periodically update, and build it myself or if there's a scheduled plan to provide this project as a NuGet package like the main .NET SDK.

The package is already published to nuget here.

Perhaps we should add this to our README.md.

No, with that package alone, I can't use the ASP.NET Core stuff. That is:
using ModelContextProtocol.AspNetCore;
I've had to just include the ModelContextProtocol.AspNetCore.csproj in my solution in order to try it out. I've assumed the plan was that would be a separate NuGet since it's not in the 0.2.0-preview.1 package you referenced.
