Request Commit Access For `MarijnS95`

I'm working on expanding offload-test-suite along with @manon-traverse (#1062) and @EmilioLaiso and currently have 4 merged PRs. I'd like to be able to review and approve my teams' contributions, as well as other contributions related to rendering backends and abstractions for the GPU-based testing framework.

This would only require access to the offload-test-suite specific group, as we don't need to contribute to llvm-project directly.
