Headings and ToC

Hi, if anyone's interested, I used the following code to display an unnumbered H header, preceded by "Chapter X" and displayed in the Table of Contents as X H.

        --qd-heading-label-suffix: "any string" --important;

I'm not sure this is the best approach, and I have some doubts about the value of --qd-heading-label-suffix, which causes any string to completely erase everything before the header. In the meantime, I'm posting the result here, and I'm open to suggestions.
