This Table of Contents shows up as a little icon at the side of an article and follows the reader throughout the article. When the cursor is placed on top of it, it expands into a list of headers, sub-headers (which is the Table of Contents). This list appears to be automatically populated by the headers and sub-headers written by the author of the article.
