ref(falcon): Drop send_default_pii support (#7695)

### Description
- `PyramidRequestExtractor` inherits from `RequestExtractor` which still
has some `send_default_pii` branching, but this will be fixed in #7616;
same for `SentryWsgiMiddleware`.

#### Issues
