Lots seemingly see the dugnad invitation messages late, and checkmark reactions have become a bad indication of how many people show up for dugnad 馃槩
Maybe giving more time between publishing the message and the dugnad happening would help?
Currently, they're sent 24h before dugnad (monday 17:00, wednesday 17:00)
Alternatives could (for example) be to switch to:
- Day before dugnad at 08:00 - somewhat arbitrarily chosen, (monday 08:00, wednesday 08:00)
- 48h before dugnad (sunday 17:00, tuesday 17:00), though I think this is problematic as the Thursday thread might be confused for the Tuesday thread... 馃
Should of course also be addressed by reminding people, but I think giving more time is useful
