Add helpful tips for working with fMRIPrep and/or Freesurfer derivatives

@S-Sanaz and @anthonystevendick provided some very useful recommendations for creating ROIs from Freesurfer outputs for use with fMRIPrep derivatives. It would be great to compile some of these in the wiki.
