Import war-File does not add all WEB-INF/lib/*.jar in Web App Libraries classpath

In WTP 3.37.0 rc1 unter Eclipse 4.35 importing a fully functional war-File leads to a compile error. Reason: not all *.jars in WEB-INF/lib are added automatically to the "Web App Libraries" Library and thus are not in the classpath. A workaround is simply clicking:
Project Properties > Java Build Path > Apply
However, that should not be necessary.

By the way, the import also the Project Facet "Dynamic Web Module" to 6.0 instead of 6.1 as specified in WEB-INF/web.xml.

Quick test: WTP 3.37.0 seems not to show the problem with not adding all jars to the classpath. Has this been fixed meanwhile or is it a coincidence/an issue which only shows from time to time?

The problem with recogniszing the Project Facet Dynamic Web Module as 6.0 instead of 6.1 remains.
