Rebuild Deployer

I'm on 7.5.12. If I want to change default runLocally shell, how do I achieve it?

In 8.x version I can just change php code. The build script in 7.5.12 is empty. If I use the script from 8.x, it adds dep to the resulting phar, it seems strange.

This is artifact of old build system. Revert last commit.

They are not the same, and it seems to be by design.

It is accomplished.

1. You told to revert to the previous commit, I did it for build file.
2. But you mean both build and dep.
3. deployer\deployer\vendor\composer folder after fresh installation was not like it was, God knows why. It was the final step to kill this error https://github.com/deployphp/deployer/discussions/4106#discussioncomment-14117372.
