If possible:

• Try changing colormap to torch from matplotlib's cmasher library. (Or looking at the ESRI options, magma heatmap looks similar).
• Set min/max range for colormap to match what we have in TEMPO-Lite viewer for now
• Use background map tiles that we are using in TEMPO-Lite (see Use Stadia tile layer for basemap #4)
• Add colorbar legend for NO2 data like we have on the TEMPO-Lite viewer.
