CICD optimizations

• first we run ci a few Times, then Analyze the runs and build DAGs for each run and find the longest/costly paths to identify the bottlenecks
• smart Caching,
• smart e2e test execution by Features and dependencies (see crossplane-contrib/provider-keycloak)
• e2e test optimizations
• e2e test reports with Times to see what takes alot of time
• simplicity first, we can search for complex solutions if we have complex Problems.
