Implement accelometer sensor

Accelometer data should be recorded in X, Y and Z directions when acceleration is bigger than some threshold (TBD). It is enough to record the raw data. Speed, mode of transport detection, etc will be done in the later analysis

After discussing this with Nalin, it was clarified that application can get accelometer data (or basically be notified) whenever certain threshold acceleration is exceeded (there were some predefined thresholds available, such as small, medium, etc defined).

Nalin, could you confirm what information is available?
