Unable to install

I'm unable to install on Blender 4.5.3 LTS
Ubuntu 24.04,3

I get this error following installation from the zip:

$ blender
---ST2--- (0, 18)
FONTSELECTOR --- No change, keeping families datas

COLDTYPE IMPORT ERROR No module named 'coldtype'

I click on Install Coldtype and I get the following:

hi, sorry for the delay on this, i've been under the weather — i haven't come across this error before, but i'll try to get my ubuntu setup together and try installing there
