request: gray background for inline code (like for code blocks)

Yes the font changes, but it seems a reasonable request to make our code styling more consistent. I assume this is a one-liner somewhere in CSS?

Note that we allow inline code in titles these days (configurable) - adding gray background there would look rather jarring and visually cluttered on communities like SD where code in titles can be encountered pretty often.
