So, the original behavior of the CLICS visualization was to use the bold font in order to show strong links among communities, that exceed a certain threshold. In principle, this is all preserved, and I have to admit that I don't remember why I filed this issue.

The only thing that I'd suggest for the clics visualization now is that the community is shown along with the concept, to allow for a "hopping" from community to community. So the only thing we should have is a table that shows not only the concept but also its community (see screenshot for the "old" behavior).
