Would it be possible to also publish the original PCB project files (KiCad, Altium, EasyEDA, or whichever CAD software was used)? Having access to the source files would provide several benefits: it would make it much easier to generate a complete manufacturing BOM with MPNs, I believe many people in the community who would like to build or customize the ESP32-DIV would benefit from having access to the original design files. |

Hi,
First of all, thank you for making this excellent project available!
I'm currently trying to order assembled PCBs from PCBWay (turnkey SMT assembly), but they rejected the provided BOM files because they don't contain complete component information.
Their response was:
"The BOM file does not include the complete part number and value, we cannot quote."
The current BOM only contains generic values such as resistor/capacitor values and reference designators, but it does not include Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPN) or supplier part numbers. Without this information, PCBWay cannot source the components for assembly.
Would it be possible to provide assembly-ready BOM files for both the Main PCB and the Shield, including at least:
Reference Designator
Quantity
Value
Footprint
Manufacturer
Manufacturer Part Number (MPN)
Alternatively, LCSC, DigiKey, Mouser or Farnell part numbers would also be very helpful.
This would make it much easier for anyone who wants to order professionally assembled boards instead of soldering everything by hand.
Thank you!
