Separate User and Approver dashboards

I'm trying to setup two separate dashboards, one for all of us to action chores, and one for my wife and I to review/approve chores kids say they completed.

I've got the "Chores" dashboard working, but I can't figure out a way to get the "Chores Admin" to work properly.
I discovered I can generate the dashboard with these settings:

• User Dashboard Template: (clear)
• Users: Me, Wife, Son, Daughter
• Admin Views: Per User
• Admin View Visibility: Linked approvers only
• Shared Admin Dashboard Template: Admin (Shared)
• Per-User Admin Dashboard Templates: Admin (Per User)
• Admin Only: off
• Add to Sidebar: on

I then edit the Lovelace and remove the extra views.
I've configured browser mod to only show my daughter the dashboards I want and I cleared the cache and tried a different browser to access Home Assistant, but for some reason when I login to my daughter's account it is always showing "Chores Admin" even though I disabled viewing that in the sidebar for daughter's account.

When I load the "Chore Admin" dashboard in my account it shows properly.
When I load the "Chore Admin" dashboard in my daughter's account, it doesn't show the "OpsCenter" views (I assume because view visibility), but it's weird that I can't hide the dashboard fully.

Hoping you have some idea, or a best practice for creating separate dashboards for "users" vs "approvers"

NOTE - my wife is not an "admin" in HA, just an approved in ChoreOps.

I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean by modifying the browser mod, but regardless, I think you might be missing important differences between dashboard and views. Most importantly you cannot use the two terms interchangeably, the dashboard is main entity and it holds views. Those views allow granular per user visibility, the dashboard does not.

As a starting point, just focus on a single chores dashboard with all users and the OpsCenter view. Edit that dashboard, then click the pencil on the OpsCenter view.

Then in the dialog box, click on the visibility tab and toggle off any individuals you do not want to see that view.

Of course, from there you could create a separate chores admin specific dashboard in the sidebar, but important note that the items in the sidebar are dashboards, not views. The only visibility controls for dashboard are whether or not they are admin only dashboards, NOT individual users. Since your wife isn't an admin, you can't set the control to restrict that dashboard to admins only, so your better option is use the visibility controls per view which I mentioned above.

browser mod is an extension that lets me specify what items are visible in the sidebar.
It appears that something may be conflicting with ChoreOps functionality of adding the dashboard, and browser mod's. I'll open an issue on browser mod.

I'm aware of the differences. I want two dashboards. So I can have one on a kiosk that shows all the chores my family has, and a separate dashboard that only shows on mine and my wife's phones.

views allow granular per user visibility.

This I wasn't aware of... that's pretty cool. I might be able to use that instead of my original plan.
