Error while running intro notebook

I'm trying to run the intro notebook in the python folder and I keep getting the error above. Please what could be wrong?

Hi,

It looks like the issue is caused by the outdated API endpoint:

https://www.cbioportal.org/api/api-docs

This endpoint now redirects (HTTP 302), which causes the error when using bravado.

Updating it to:

https://www.cbioportal.org/api/v2/api-docs

resolves the issue and allows the notebook to run successfully.

If this makes sense, I can open a PR to update the intro notebook accordingly.
