The rule requires notices include "the name of a specific office to contact for further information and assistance" (presumably1 meaning a departmental category). However, the org structure does not and should not have such segmentation of directive rules. Interestingly, they allow for an "equivalent method or means" to an email address, so I think we can reasonably extrapolate this contact method to something more in line with the online community.
