Normalize module catalog link targets to hyphen form The Social Engineering entries used space-form page targets that GitHub resolved by normalizing to hyphens; spell them with hyphens to match the page filenames.
Link in stray pages, retire two stale ones Add Fetch Port Scanner to the module catalog, Postman and RuboCop to the sidebar, link the Requester extension page from Tunneling, and point the Installation page at the community macOS/RVM guide it mentions is missing. Delete How-BeEF-Works (superseded by Architecture, describes the removed Communication Server) and the duplicate Module-Start-Recording-Audio.
Fix broken module source links and dead external references The module tree was reorganized (hooked_domain -> hooked_origin, local_host -> exploits/local_host, and several renames), so every module page's Code link 404'd; point them at their current paths. Update the Burp, RuboCop, OWASP XSS and framesniffing references to live URLs, and unlink the retired ones (PhoneGap, the beef-console branch, and dead conference/blog/podcast links) keeping the text.
