What done means for v1:

Github actions belong in this repo and are the reference for the usage of the library ✅
Public API built to last
- We want to have an opinionated, well defined set of commands that are easily composable to deliver automated testing and release flows.
Support multiple configuration
- This for v1 means just allow multiple cases: monorepo with miniactors, standalones etc.
CLI is platform agnostic
- It's the caller that passes the necessary information, we don't deduce them from the environment, making it extendable to other platforms
