DBC/MAPS Extraction

Hi. Dont know if this is the right place to ask, but i cant find any info anywhere else. I have compiled your servers, but it errors everytime on the map extractors. The code seems to be looking for "StormLibRAD.lib" that does not seem to be anywhere in the build. only a file called "StormLib.lib" seems to exist. So i changed the code to point to this file and the build completed, but upon useing the mapextractor.exe it starts and says extracting DBC/MAPS then hangs for 10 seconds then exits with no error messages. so i am assuming it needs this "StormLibRAD.lib" file to work. I have tried useing the DBC/MAPS from many different repacks that clain to have your core, but the server throws up this error "Map file './maps/0004331.map' is from an incompatible map version (MAPS v858665334), MAPS v10 is expected. Please pull your source, recompile tools and recreate maps using the updated mapextractor, then replace your old map files with new files. If you still have problems search on forum for error TCE00018.". Any ideas on how to solve this or can someone please fix the map extractor "StormLibRAD.lib" build problem so i can build a working map and vmap4 extractors. Alternatively can someone point me in a direction of compatable source of the DBC/MAPS. Thx
