Email of room occupant doesn't get updated after room swap

After someone swaps a room the email associated with the room doesn't update to the new person.

Scenario: I initiated and completed a swap: Room 162 for Room 168 Sunset King Suite. We tried to swap it again. Instead of emailing me--the new occupant, Roombaht emailed the original person.

If someone wanted to swap a room that had previously been under their email, SendSwapRequest is greyed out. This occurred in Chrome on a MacBook Air.

Hmmmmm I am unable to reproduce this at all locally and am reasonably sure the code I touched shouldn't have changed this 👻
