GEXP for "This Month" shows data for "This Week"

Issue description

Command guild top shows GEXP for "This Week" when "This Month" is selected.

This could be due to a few reasons,
either the issue addressed in #844, or because the guild is new and doesn't have any history (Hypixel only stores/provides the past week, we aggregate the monthly data).

Either way, the command still functions and displays a week/month difference and so once #844 is merged and deployed this will considered fixed/addressed
