Describe the bug

Mod buildcraftrefabricated requires fabric_api 0.154+26.1.2 or above Currently, fabric_api is 0.154.0+3.2.2+26.1.2

Steps to reproduce

1.Download and Install Forge 26.1.2
2.Download Sinytra Connector
3.Download Forgified Fabric API
4. Download launchpad
5. Download mod buildcraftrefabricated
6. drop all into the mods folder
7. Run game
...

This fixes the dep constraint. Compat will be fixed in Connector beta 3 (there is a non-mixin issue with picture in picture renderer registration because the mod uses a mixin to register it instead of Fabric API).
