Tech reborn not showing/rendering fluid cells in JEI

Describe the bug

Fluid cells and by extension tech reborn fluids in bucket do not render in JEI overlay. The texture renders just fine in my item zoom (the item texture on the left of my screen), and inventories, proving its entirely a JEI issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Sinytra connector, connector extras, forgified fabrics, and techreborn + jei addon
2. Launch the game
3. Enter a world, go into JEI, search '@TechReborn' and look at all the fluid cells. If their textures are invisible only in JEI then you have correctly reproduced this problem.
