          <h2>Description</h2>
          <p>Displays a list of blocks against this account.  Information includes:</p>
          <ul>
            <li>Institution - The institution that assigned the block.</li>
            <li>Date - The day and time that the block was instituted.</li>
            <li>Type - The description of the block.  These include:</li>
			<ul><li>Patron Registration Expired - The user is no longer registered at this institution</li>
			<li>Patron is Suspended - The student is temporarily not registered at or is suspended from the institution</li></ul>
          </ul>
          <h2>Usage</h2>
          <ul>
			<h3>To log in:</h3>
			<ul>
				<li>You will automatically be presented with this login screen if an account is needed to access the feature selected.</li>
				<li>Enter your username and password, and then click "Login" to login.  Click "Cancel" to return to the main screen.</li>

				<li>On a successful login, you will continue to the selected page.</li>
				<li>On an unsuccessful login (shown below), you will be shown an error message indicating the failed login attempt.</li>

            <h3>To view all of the blocks:</h3>
            <ul>
              <li>Scroll up and down to view the list of blocks against your account.</li>
            </ul>
            <h3>To return to the previous menu:</h3>
            <ul>
              <li>Click the “Home” icon or use the back arrow.</li>
            </ul>
			<h3>To log out:</h3>
			<ul>
				<li>Click once on the down arrow in the upper-right corner:</li>

				<li>Click the "logout" button.  You will be returned to the main screen, and will need to log in again to access some features.</li>
