Is motor fMRI data essential to the NIAK pipeline?

Hi!
I am trying to use NIAK pipeline to pre-process the resting fMRI data from ABIDE II, while the motor fMRI data is not available in this open dataset. The ABIDE II only provide raw images of T1w and resting fMRI.
So I only give the pipeline fMRI data path and T1w data path :

and it seems like the pipeline is running...

but the processing time of slice timing is abnormally long. The process is not finished after a running time of 30 minutes.

I wanna ask:

1. Does the motor fMRI data is essential to the NIAK pipeline?
2. If the time of processing is normal? If not, what could the problem be and what could I do to fix it?

hi,
After several tryings, the pipeline passed through that part successfully!!
but the process of my slice timing is failed, and the final fMRI preprocessed file is not generated.
I tried setting the skip flag of slice timing as 1 to bypass this procedure, but the error still exists.
