Calculate CdS

Short Description:
Propose a method to determine parachutes CdS based on any other inputs

Long Description:
Typically RocketPy uses parachutes's cdS as an input for simulations. However, would it be possible if we use as input, for instance, the type of parachutes (i.e. anular, cross, etc.) as well as other parameters, and then we try to estimate the final CdS ?
