Long Description:
When using the apogeeByMass function that can be found in the getting_started.ipynb notebooks, it is clear that there is an optimal value of mass that allows for a maximum apogee for that given rocket. Create a way to find what is this maximum point. Tip: use calculus and the Function Class!; Tip nº 2: Try to search about reinforcement learning.
