plex notify not working on sonarr

Any suggestions on how I debug plex notify not working?

Did you check the sonarr GUI to see if the script was added to the Settings -> Connections page in the admin panel...

If it is not setup as a connection in sonarr settings, it will never run.... If it is not there, you need to use the AutoConfig features to have it added or add it mannually...

Note: If you change configurations in the Extended.conf file, you need to restart the container for the changes to take affect...

Yeah both of those exist and they're both set to true. I've also verified that PlexNotify.bash is visible on the "connect" screen.

Could these errors be related?

I've verified that the docker user is correct and has permissions for the directory. Don't know why I'm getting those.
