[Feature Request] Automatically Translate Chat Messages

Currently, I'm using this mod https://github.com/ringosham/TranslateMod it works, but it hasn't been updated in a long while and uses the Free Google Translate API which I find Google Translate to be quite bad at translations. I think it would be great to have a chat translation feature built into Chatting. It should have multiple options for what translation service the user wants to use some that would be good to include:

• Kagi Translate (Official API in beta but unofficial should be easy enough to reverse engineer)
• LibreTranslate
• OpenRouter (An AI router; should allow users to also pick which model they want to use and custom prompt)
• DeepL
• Free Unofficial Google Translate API (For people that want just a quick and easy setup)

Should also have a "Speak as Language" option to translate what you send into another language.
