Conflict with Meta SDK

When you import Pico SDK with Meta SDK using git URL, I'm getting below error.
GUID [af96c3f14f761724db9f93a693fbad2e] for asset 'Packages/com.unity.xr.picoxr/Platform/Scripts/Models/Common.cs.meta' conflicts with: 'Packages/com.meta.xr.sdk.platform/Scripts/Models/Error.cs.meta' We can't assign a new GUID because the asset is in an immutable folder. The asset will be ignored.
