Replace Session.getDefaultInstance(...) with Session.getInstance(...)

The Session.getDefaultInstance(...) should rarely be used according to

Is there a reason Oxalis does this? It makes it hard to integrate with other applications/frameworks/... If there is no specific reason, can it be replaced?
