Terminate old dev server

Now we moved to GitHub ( #2 ) i want to terminate our old svn and trac server "dev.opencoin.org".

Luckily the trac was only serving the svn tree and did not contain any wiki ages or tickets. I have now shutdown and archived svnserve, trac and the ldap authentication backend.

But this VM is still the frontend for the opencoin.org plone. Once that is changed, we can terminate dev,opencoin.org.
